File requirements

Width up to 570 mm - that is 6 732 pixels at 300 DPI. You can use the full width from edge to edge.
Length up to 3000 mm (35 433 pixels at 300 DPI). Above 30,000 pixels Photoshop saves only as PSB - we accept both formats.
Resolution 300 DPI. The size is calculated from the DPI saved in the file.
Transparent background - everything that is not transparent gets printed (including a white background).
Save with “Maximize compatibility” enabled - we print the flattened version of the file.
